Doble taladro CNC para mecanizado de las 6 caras del tablero. Cada una de ellas compuesta por 3 grupos de taladro (2 superiores y 1 inferior), un total de 6 (4 superiores y 2 inferiores), para realizar un trabajo al simultáneo, garantizando una mayor eficiencia. Con almacén lineal para 5 herramientas a bordo en cada máquina.

DESKS - WORKSTATIONS

El ancho de trabajo máximo en la mesa principal es de 1.220mm mientras que en la mesa adicional de trabajo el ancho máximo es de 800mm. El espacio mínimo de perforación entre 2 grupos de trabajo mecanizando simultáneamente es de 80mm.

MOBILE AIR CUSHION TABLES

Air cushion tables in two sections that move sideways, moving more flexibly according to the drilling position during the work to avoid scratching or damaging the workpiece or being damaged by the drilling head.

WIDTH DETECTOR FOR PARTS

Width detector equipped on the auxiliary work table, intelligently calibrates the position reference, guaranteeing efficiency.

POSITIONING BY MEANS OF PRECISION ALIGNERS

Lateral positioner on automatic loading table with movable positioning stop. Suitable for machining large panels, prevents the panel from sliding out of the guide.

Each machine is composed of two upper heads of 16 vertical drills each (a total of 32 upper verticals per machine) and 6 horizontal drills each (a total of 12 horizontal drills per machine).

In its lower group it has 9 vertical drills (total of 18 drills between both machines).

In addition, each machine has an upper and a lower milling unit.
