Description

Se trata de máquinas concebidas para una utilización que implique tiempos muy rápidos de trabajo y de puesta a punto. Velocidades muy altas del carro portadiscos y del empujador, ajuste exterior del incisor, cambio de disco principal y de incisor con sistema de cambio rápido.

MACHINE BED

Las seccionadoras horizontales están caracterizadas por una robusta estructura capaz de soportar las condiciones más adversas y duras.

Con apoyo central adicional y todas las partes de las bancada unidas entre sí para garantizar la estabilidad y precisión de la máquina. Doble plano de apoyo del prensor simétrico en acero.

Chasis en acero de extremada robustez con los dos elementos de soporte de las bancadas soldados formando un anillo muy rígido, para impedir cualquier flexión que podría perjudicar la precisión y la calidad de corte

SAW CARRIAGE

The saw unit is raised and lowered by means of cylindrical guides and needle bearings to ensure centesimal precision.

Automatic stroke limiter of the saw carriage controlled by the cutting programme (fully automatic) saves time on unnecessary strokes.

Automatic saw projection

The height of the main saw is automatically adjusted according to the thickness of the board. It guarantees the best cutting quality.

El avance del carro porta sierras se efectúa mediante servo-motor, piñón cremallera a modo de ser extremadamente suave y así evitar peligrosas vibraciones producidas por cadenas y cables que repercuten sobre la calidad del corte.

HIGH SPEED GRIPPER TROLLEY

PRECISION LATERAL ALIGNER
